Hello

After refresh did you run Tx SE06 ?

Also make sure that you run Tx SECSTORE before the TMS configuration.

Hi ,

we  reimorted rsectab   which we have taken  as pre refresh   using R3trans.

We have configured STMS , but  whenever we refresh stms queue  in quality system , asking

passwords for quality and development systems  about 2 to 4 times. Is there any alternative to

avoid this.

Hi Sharma,

Please check the authorizations of tmsadm user in 000 client. please provide sap_all and sap_new temporarily in quality and development system 000 client and check the issue.

Thanks,

Hello

We have configured STMS , but  whenever we refresh stms queue  in quality system , asking

passwords for quality and development systems  about 2 to 4 times

This is because you have incorrect password maintained in the TMSADM RFC's.

Check the RFC's in Tx SM59. Do an authorisation check from SM59.

Also mind the password policies of the system.

Hi,

We have resolved issue as below

1.  we  checked whether tmsadm is locked and unlocked tmsadm pwd in dev , qua and prd systems.

2. Executed function module TMS_UPDATE_PWD_OF_TMSADM  and given the same password for user tmsadm  which was there before refresh.

Hi Kamesh,

This looks like secure store is not updated post system refresh. Check RFC of server in internal connections RFCs (SM59) and see if it is working fine.

This is known issue, raised several times and solution is available on SCN.

Please check below threads:

The TMSADM is a system user, default password is set by system.  refer:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/ee/aea91b6d9e11d2b41a006094b9ea64/frameset.htm

After reset you need to generate the RFC dest. again. STMS -> Overview -> Systems -> Extras >Generate RFC Destinations.

Hope this will solve the issue.
