what mean 'Enable ERP Checks for Auto PO Creation'

Hello ,erveryone

    My SRM version  is  7.02 with level 0006 ,    I am going to active  Extended Classic Scenario in SPRO,  but I found a additional item that compare to previous version, that is 'Enable ERP Checks for Auto PO Creation'. 

    Anyone can tell me that will mean?
