TMSADM ISSUE AFTER SYSTEM REFRESH

Hi Team,

After system refresh activity we are not able to add the  Quality  system to Domain controller. DEV is domain controller.

TMSADM user is giving authorization issue.Please anyone suggest how to resolve the error.

Hi Ranjith,

We have resolved issue as below

1.  we  checked whether tmsadm is locked and unlocked tmsadm pwd in dev , qua and prd systems.

2. Executed function module TMS_UPDATE_PWD_OF_TMSADM  and given the same password for user tmsadm which was there before refresh.

After the above we  were able to  access stms queue in dev qua and prd  without giving repeated passwords.

Hi,

Can you try to test RFC that concern the STMS ?

Test at sm59 <sid>tmsadm

If there any authorization issue then the test will fail. Then you must put the correct passwort at tmsadm user at client 000 maybe at quality it was different password ....

Please have sufficient authorization in client 000 and reconfigure the stms. It is required after system refresh.

You may delete and re-configure the STMS once again.
