Hi,

Activate inspection type 06 in QM view of material master.

Config. required:

go to SPRO -> Quality Inspection -> Inspection at Shipping -> Assign Inspection Lot Origin to Delivery Type

In front of Delivery type of customer return, assign inspection type 06.

When you do PGR then inspection lot create with origin 06.

You would find many threads on SCN for this!

1. It is applicable for customer return process and has integration with SD module.
2. If you have activated inspection type 06 in material master and if you inward customer return with 651 movement through SD, then system posts the stock in returns compartment and generates inspection lot of 06 origin.
3. This lot does not have the functionality for stock posting.
4. Later, you need to perform 453 movement through MB1B for transferring the material from returns to unrestricted.
