QM UD not cleaning up in WMS automatically

Hopefully, this is as an easy solution.

We are using incoming inspection (type 01).

When the material is received via MIGO, it is placed in WMS storage type 902 as Q stock. This is OK.

When we accept the material in UD, a transfer posting is done.

This results in the following WMS condition. The Q stock quantity remains in the storage type 902. The negative Q stock quantity is posted in the storage type 922. The unrestricted stock quantity (positive) is posted in the storage type 922.

We can run LU02 or LU04 and "Create TO" to clean this up with the result unrestricted stock quantity is in the storage type 902 and the 922 storage type is empty.

My questions are:

How can we automate this so when the UD is executed, the unrestricted stock quantity is in the storage type 902 (as is the result of processing the posting change notice).

Why does this occur sometimes and not others.
