SAP CRM Associate Level Certification for ABAP Consultant

Hi,

I am SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with 3+ years of experience (Completed ABAP Associate Level Certification). I need to divert my carrer path to SAP CRM. Hence I am planning to go for SAP Certified Application Associate - CRM Fundamentals (C_TCRM20_71) certfication.

Can anyone please guide me for this certification? Can I choose this Certfication? I tried to find SAP CRM Technical certification specially for ABAP, but unfortunately there is no such certification available.

I know, for any functional certification, domain knowledge is must. But I cannot see any other path to start career in CRM.

Hi Rushikesh,

       CRM technical suits more with your profile. You even can ask your organization for transformation, it takes little time but effective way.You can start with Roll Out or Support project even.  This will serve your purpose: C_TCRM20_70.

Can I take the certification C_TCRM20_71 or C_TCRM20_72 without any experience in SAP CRM? Also, I am going through books mentioned below:

1. SAP CRM: Technical Principles and Programming

2. SAP Web Client: A Comprehensive Guide for Developers

Are these books sufficient to clear the certification exam or are there more books to study?

Hello,

Did you go for CRM certification  C_TCRM20_71 or C_TCRM20_72.

Actually I am also interested for some CRM technical certification.

I have checked in SAP education and they have 1. CRM enterprise  2. CRM technology and channel   3. SAP Global certification program for SAP CRM EHP2

So which one suits best for ABAPer like us. Can somebody suggest please??
