Sampling procedure for AQL 1.0

Hi Gurus,

Which is the standard ISO Sampling procedure for AQL 1.0 normal inspection ?

I am confused in between

1) S031214K    Attr./ /Lev.II/Single/AQL 1.0

2) S121214K    Attr./NCon.Items/Lev.II/Single/AQL 1.0

3) S221214K    Attr./No.Defects/Lev.II/Single/AQL 1.0

4) S311214K    Var./s-Meth./2-Limits/Lev.II/AQL 1.0

please suggest which is correct.

Hi,

you have to check the content of your sampling procedures, as the naming only will not help you. Also please check to which ISO standard you are referring (most likely ISO 2859)?

And last but not least: in a sampling procedure you are referring to a sampling scheme, and THERE you define the implementation of an ISO standard.

yes, we are planning to use ISO 2859.

can anybody suggest sampling procedure accordingly.

Create your sampling scheme (ISO 2859, AQL 1, single/double/multiple samples, attributive/variable inspection,...). Then setup your sampling procedure according to your needs (sample size, valuation, ...).

You need to be familiar with the concept of sampling (theorie and SAP implementation), and with the requirements of your quality inspection department. Nobody here can seriously suggest you how to setup a sampling procedure with the information you provided here so far.
