shop order: shopOrderTypeRef Restricted but need it to be REWORK vs PRODUCTION

I am trying to send a shop order from ERP to ME with LOIPRO01, for a certain order type, I need to change the shop order type to be of REWORK but in ERP Field Maintenance, it is READ-ONLY and I cannot send anything other than PRODUCTION.  I tried to change the xslt to change it to REWORK when certain order type were passed but I received a following error:

[STEP = STD_END]the following restricted fields changed:SHOP_ORDER.shopORderTypeRef

has anyone run into needing to send REWORK shoporder ? if so, how were you able to achieve that?

If you have not released that order yet, I think you should rather delete it and re-create as needed. Otherwise, it should rather be a new Order.
