Adding MA and AG number to Workflow Mail Approval Request !!

Hi,

I am new to CLM

requirement from client to add MA and AG number to 930-1(review process) mail.

I went Mail Message Template and selected Workflow Approval request and added "document_ID" from global tokens.

But I am not getting the result as shown below

Dear x,

This message is to inform you of a workflow request for the following: Contract, Test

Review Request: 930-1 (Review Process)

titled: -21474817371366296719871

Start Date: 4/18/13 10:53

As shown above it is taking the system id not the MA and AG number, Can you please let me know can scripting could be help full in this case

Need Expert Advise on this.

hi,

Master agreeement ID is not a part of the global tokens for Workflow emails. Hence via configuration it is not possible to bring in the ID into the emails. This was true for 5.1 and also holds good for 7.0.

It will be interesting to know if someone has achieved this via some scripting method.
