Hello,
We have a system of SAP Solution Manager 7.1 received reports of "SERVICE REPORT SAP ® EarlyWatch ® Alert" a volume of 40-45 pages, but at some point, reports started coming in a truncated version of a volume of 15 pages. EarlyWatch ® Alert collected data from satellite system, result in the attached file EWA1.jpg (before) and EWA2.jpg (after). In DOC-EWA.jpg difference between the reports.
In the current version of the EWA report excludes the following topics :
3 Landscape Overview
4 Software Configuration
6 Hardware Capacity
7 Performance Overview
9 SAP System Operating
11 Software Change Management
12 Database Performance
13 Database Administration
15 Trend Analysis
who had previously attended.
Support Packages
ST 710 Patch Level 4
ST-SER 701_2010_1 Patch Level 12
ST-A/PI 01P_700 Patch Level 0
ST-PI 2008_1_700 Patch Level 7
Has anyone encountered such problems?

You might want to check the logs of the SDCCN tasks to see if errors occured which prevented certain data from being fetched.
Don't be fooled by the status you see on the tab in SDCCN, even if it's a green "check" icon, it doesn't mean nothing went wrong so you really have to go and look into the detailed logging to see if anything failed.

Hi Anvar,
please go to Workcenter "SAP Engagement & Service Delivery". On the Left you can see 'Common Tasks'. Choose 'Schedule Content Update'. The Settings will be refreshed automatically after next EWA Session.
