Extending RE80

I'm looking for some help. I Need to extend the RE80, but I'm hopelessly lost with RE-FX. Let me explain what it is about.

I created an append-structure on VICNCN. This append contains one dictionary character field.

Now I'm stucking. I Need to customize the RE80 to Display this dictionary field, as well as modify data in this TextBox.

Finally i Need to extend a Smartforms document for printing.

Can anybody help me with hints or useful links to understand how to customize RE80 with RECACUST?
