Hi All In the condition tab at item level the pricing does appear for ZFPO (Standard price, Freight, TAX, Disc, net value). However the same is not getting copied at header level the values are zero. The prices are getting updated in conditions value column, but the amount column is empty. The invoice for the same is created but in print preview of invoice the amount are not getting reflected. Thanks for the support in advance
Dear Ramesh,
Can you please check out one thing. In VOV7, for your specific Item category under Business Data tab is there any Statistical value that has been maintained. Make sure it has to be set as 'Blank' and then confirm if the values are coming at header level by creating the Sale Order again and then check up for the print. If still the issue persists against the print then check the same with the help of your ABAPER. Also, check the Analysis in Condition Tab at Header level. Hope it helps. Thanks.

Hi Ramesh,
In the condition tab at item level the pricing does appear for ZFPO (Standard price, Freight, TAX, Disc, net value). However the same is not getting copied at header level the values are zero. The prices are getting updated in conditions value column, but the amount column is empty.
Only in sales order item data-condition tab, will shows the materials value in amount and condition value column together.
But in sales order header data-condition tab, will shows the over all values in condition value column only.
Header condition tab, won't show the value, same as item condition tab contain. Amount columm always shows the material vaule per PC like that only. so in header it's not possible to show all the line item detail in sales order.
The invoice for the same is created but in print preview of invoice the amount are not getting reflected.
For this, check with your output program with help of ABAP team as suggested by Shiva Ram.

Karthik

Hi Thanks for the reply. On checking the the CT they are item condition type and they cannot be carried to header level. This point is now clear. However there is another issue the freight charges are not carried forward to the invoice because of which freight is not appearing in the invoice print out. Freight is the manual condition type. Can you pls advice on this Thanks
If condition type for freight appear in invoice header condition tab, but not appear in the output type mean, need to ceck your output prog with the help of your ABAPer.
Before that check your condition type in pricing procedure v/08 wheather it's marked for printing or not.
If it's marked pls ask your tech team to help in this regards.
Hi Ramesh,
Where are you entering the frieght ? sales order or billing? If its in sales order, check the copy controls like VTFL and VTFA of pricing type. it should be either C or G. If you have B then this condition will disappear in billing.
If you are maintaining at Invoice level, but, not getting printed, then you have to check the output program with ABAPer and get it corrected.
Regards, Sai Krishna.
The invoice for the same is created but in print preview of invoice the amount are not getting reflected.
Check the output program with the help of an ABAP'er to see from which field the values are being pulled. Also check the settings in V/06 for these condition types, particularly for the fields header/item conditions.
