Concurrency error-JDBC receiver Adapter

Hi Experts,

  My scenario is Proxy-jdbc and the receiver JDBC adapter showing Maximum Concurrency Error.Basing on the threads in SCN,i had changed concurrency value to 5.But no use.I had taken payload from MONI & tested in both ESR (Test tab in Mapping) & ID,to my surprise its shown an mapping error despite it was success message in MONI .

And I had entered the fields in ESR (Test tab in mapping) & tested ,it was success & ID too.

I had taken the payload of this and manually triggered from IS (RWB).And it shows an error in MONI(General Mapping error).

Can you please explain what might be happened.And please do respond to actual error also....

are using multi mapping?

if yes then take payload without "message tag" in RWB

if you want to test in mapping in ESR then add message tag at start of it

did you activate mapping also?

or try to refresh the catch also
