Error while installing sap ha with syabse ase database on mscs

Hii Experts,

We are installing sap ha with Sybase ASE on MSCS.We have successfully installed the first cluster node and the database instance on the node1.On node 2 we were able to install additional database cluster .But we are facing issue while installing the additional cluster node.The error is as follows:

ERROR      2013-04-18 03:41:08.384 [iaxxejsbas.cpp:211]

FJS-00003  TypeError: key has no properties (in script NW_SecondClusterNode|ind|ind|ind|ind, line 16692: ???)

ERROR      2013-04-18 03:41:09.759 [sixxcstepexecute.cpp:937]

FCO-00011  The step copyUserEnvironmentFromOtherNode with step key |NW_SecondClusterNode|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|copyUserEnvironmentFromOtherNode was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step: TypeError: key has no properties (in script NW_SecondClusterNode|ind|ind|ind|ind, line 16692: ???)).

Kindly suggest some workaround as we are unable to move ahead.Thanks in advance.

Hi Abdul,

Thanks for your reply .I tried the workaround in the note that you had mentioned but it did not work .It is mentiones in that particular note that it is not applicable for MSCS installation.Is there anything else we can try?

The installation is on windows server 2003 r2 64 bit .

please check the Media is Ok and confirm that there is no blank space in Media's DVD.

Resolved the issue by logging in as SIDadm on the additional node.Thanks for your assistance

well, I won't install on Windows Server 2003 R2 X64 any longer.

This version has archtectural limits which we already hit especially if you have more than 16 Gb of physical memory in the boxes.

Please use Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer operating system versions.

This is a known Error which is well documented in the notes referenced  in the installation guide!!!!

The Step on node B will fail, if we have no process running under account <sid>adm on node A...

Therefore please logon using user <sid>adm on the first cluster node. Just logon - do not logoff.

After that, retry the installation Step on the second cluster node. It is working now.
