getting error Incorrect signature or encryption in DMS document creation

Dear all ;

I am getting error Incorrect signature or Encryprion at the time of  DMS document creation .

I have attivated the digital signature for particural document type (CPE)  status FT(Completed) . I have configured as per below

Created a authorizarion group

Created a individual signature

Defined a release strategy

Assigned the individual signature to the release stategy .

in the document type CPE  I have assigned the release statrgy for the document statuas FT

.

Kindly help me to resolve the problem

Hi,

Did you check STRUST and make the necessary settings.. You should see a green button if the Basis guy did his work.

And also you can  not use digital signature without using C_SIGN_BGR given to the related user..

In this regard What ID I am using is with the Authorization SAP_ALL .

Hey Joydeep,

Than there is 2 options left;

1 - STRUST isn't correctly maintained, it should be like this

2 - You selected an external signature method which is wrong if you are not using a third party SSL or something like that... Your signature method should be "R"
