CIF is not creating BP and Location for vendors at same time

Hi everyone,

I have the following scenarios:

Example creating only location

1. We create an integration model for a vendor. We select create only Location (field: Create Loc./BP = empty)
2. The IM is activated correctly.
3. The vendor is created as Location
4. The BP is not created. This is correct for this scenario.

Example creating only BP

1. We create an integration model for a vendor. We select create only BP (field: Create Loc./BP = “1”)
2. The IM is activated correctly.
3. The Location is not created. This is correct for this scenario.
4. The vendor is created as BP

Example creating both (BP & Location)

1. We create an integration model for a vendor. We select create both (field: Create Loc./BP = “2”)
2. The IM is activated correctly.
3. The Location is not created. This is wrong. We defined to create both
4. The BP is not created. This is wrong. We defined to create both

The las scenario is the issue. Why is not working? This happens only in pre-production system.

What error you are getting?

Can u checked the system CIF logs ?

I do not see any error. When we activated the model, the system says that was ok.

Hi Nikhil,

I found the issue, I had an activated IM with the same data.

One question, I checked the QA system, and after each IM activation I can see the log, what is miss in my configration in pre-production system?
