COA and Container label dates do not match

Hello Experts,

We have an auto printout of CoA as well as printout of a Finished Goods label for delivery. The dates do not match (USA vs European formats).

If CoA is an auto output print, how can the date be changed for a single CoA, as well as the entire field of CoAs entered to have the dates match?

Much thanks.

Typically the dates are printed in the format specified by the customers master record (often times the ship-to partner), and/or partner specified for the output.

If you want to have the dates match your labels you either need to use a date format that is not region specific, (i.e. like 17-MAR-2013 on the labels instead of 17/03/2013 or 03/17/2013).  Or set up all your partners with the same date format.

Thanks very much,

and if I understand you.... via the Cust. Master Rec., this could be a singularly executed transaction, as opposed to a mass change?

Yes.  If you are having an error it could be a one off thing.  Or it could be a one off fix.
