CV04N text search within originals not working, but in texts tab its working

Hi All,

I am trying to serach DIR through CV04N text serach within originals using some word say"ABC", its not showing any results. But if I do the search through TEXT tab using same word "ABC"  I can find thousands of DIR.

I tried indexing and re-indexing,here i did the test search in SKPR07 also its not working.

Please provide your valuable suggestions.

Hi,

Have you maintained the necessary mime-types in the customizing of your system.

Please check below configs are in place.

SPRO-Cross Application-DMS-Settings for storage systems

SPRO-Cross Application-DMS-General data-Define workstation application
