Inspection report in QA32

Inspection report in QA32 contains all the MICs along with batch details and usage decision. Pl tell if results are updated in only few MICs e.g 4 out 10 MICs and usage decision is made, how can only those value be flown to inspection report?

I do not want all the MICs with blank values in the inspection report. Only those MICs for which results are filled, should come in the inspection report along with batch details and usage decision. How can it be done ??

You should modify the sapscript associated with the inspection report.

I'm now able to print this report after modification in SAPscript through ABAP programmer.

Hi Nitin,

If you are using a devloped report then ask your abaper to that whenever you do not find any value in the result field than do not print that mic. he/she can easily do this validation.

If it is a standard report then ask abaper to modify the standard program(usually not recomended) insted ask abper to copy the standard program and assign a t code and modify it as per requirement.
