Trace data not being collected for EEM script execution

Hi,

I have set up EEM in my Solution Manager 7.1 SP06 and m running scripts on the ECC system. When I run the script with trace the trace data is not getting collected.

Once in a while the trace data gets collected and the script's name is shown in bold letters to indicate that the data has been collected. But most of the time when I run the script with trace the name of the script is displayed in italics indicating that new execution has been fired to collect the trace data but then the data is not collected.

Can anybody suggest the reason.

Hi Vishal,

there are a lot of potential reasons. For the beginning you should take a look here:

The third block contains a long list of things to check.

(Symptom: You cannot see any system data in the Monitoring UI or jump-in to E2E Trace is not available.)
