Content not supported in iOS for Combination Charts in webi report.

Hi All,

I have created a webi report for mobile display using card layout model which gives me insight into my daily sales figures as per the Report Designer's Guide and Feature Compatibility Guide provided by SAP.

I have desinged the report using

1. Input Control for region selection.
2. Blankcell for Title display.
3. 3 Combination charts (Column and Line combination) for display of sales figures

When i am viewing the webi report on iPad through SAP BI Mobile APP 4.4.18 (Latest), it is showing an error "CONTENT NOT SUPPORTED".

Does combination chart supported in BO Mobile?

Looking for an assisstance.

Also wanted to know the list of charts that are supported by the SAP BI Mobile APP

Note: In Report Designer's guide, page no 77, 4.4 Constraints on Web Intelligence Report Parts.It is listed about:

Tables(Vertical, Horizontal, Cross Table)

Charts( Line, Pie, Vertical Bar/Column, Stacked bar, Grouped Bar)

Score cards

SL: Sparkline

• L: Line Chart

• C: Column

• GF: Gradient Fill

• SC: Scorecard

• TT: Trend Traffic

• TA: Trend Arrow

Hi Ram,

          The suspect the issue is due to the limit we have in Mobi on Legends in the chart. I exactly dont remember the number(may be 8). If you have legends are more than that in your chart, then it displays"Content not supported"

Does combination chart supported in BO Mobile?

Ans:- No

SAP BI Mobile doesn't support the combination chart.

List of Component which is supported by SAP BI Mobile Application below.

1. Text

2.Column chart

3. Line Chart

4. Table

5. list view

6. Bar chart

7.pie chart

Hi Haresh,

Combination chart is does supported by SAP BI Mobile. It is clearly mentioned in SAP BO Release Notes pdf, Page No 12.

FYI... Just added the below lines.

Combination charts

Combination charts are displayed in the app only if the Region Type of chart measures is explicitly specified in Web Intelligence. Only Bars/Lines are the valid 'Region Types'.
