Make entry of Mitigation Monitors to Org and Control via tool ?

Hello ALl,

I need to know if there is some tool or way we can upload monitors into Owner tab of Organization hierarchy and Control.?

Hi Rajesh

I'm not aware of any mass load functionality

However, SAPGUI transaction GRFN_STR_CHANGE will allow you to add names to org structure.

You will need to:

• Locate the Org Unit
• Choose Details for Organisational Unit XXX
• Go to Tab "Table Extension"
• Within the External Data Key you can enter the User Ids (one line per id)

You will need to ensure you have set them up in NWBC as Access Control Owners first

You might be able to look at a way to do a recording, etc to mass load the values. However, depending on number of values this transaction might at least remove some of the slowness of NWBC whilst you do setup (at least copy past from Excel)

The data seems to be stored in table hrt5320 via the TABNR key (related to the external data)
