Hi Manish,
If you are installing sap NW Gateway into a fresh installation it takes about 3-4 days. Check prerequisites, download software, install new sap app and deploy the addon .
In other case (you have an sap app up and running) you must check addon prerequisites ) and configure it.
This will spend you 1-2 days.
