Hi,
We are planning to implement this process in UK, Brazil, USA, Canada, Germany, France, China etc., We are in the process of collecting the requirement to map the same in SAP.
Since, I have not worked on the Foreign Trade or GTS system, I would like to understand and implement the same.
Regards,
Mani
If your plant is following countries then
UK, Brazil, USA, Canada, Germany, France, China
Particularly for plant EU countries, you have intrastate(within EU)/extrastat(outside EU).
Further, you can refer SPRO path: IMG - SD - Foreign Trade/Customs.
Rest you can search with Google. As for each country you have diff norms for Export Declaration.
Thanks, JP
It is very much possible to have Export Declaration on SAP provided you have maintain proper FT configuration in SAP.
In SAP, you can very much able to capture information for foreign trade that be used in Export Declaration
- Amount & value of exports
- Export control document.
- Export license details
- Commodity Code/Import Code Number for Foreign Trade
- Export/import group
- Control code
- Country of origin & Region of origin of material
- Custom tariff preferences
- Legal control details
Refer SAP Help on the same:
Thanks, JP
