Retrofit in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 CHARM

Hi  Experts,

Can you please help me with CHARM Retrofit configuration guides in SM 7.1 SP6

i also have some questions like:

1. How should the transport routes be defined between maintenance landscape(MD1, MQ1, PP1) and  project landscape (PD1,PQ1)?
2. What about the transport relation(link) between managed systems(maintenance & project) and Solution manger? how should it be created?
3. How should the logical components defined(one or two logical, what systems should be defined in these logical components)?
4. Does the 2 or 3 steps in spro ->capabilities->change management->extended configuration->retrofit will complete the configuration?

Thanks for your response, i have few queries to your responses

1.What about the transport relation(link) between managed systems(maintenance & project) and Solution manger? how should it be created?

You need to create the usual RFC connections _TMW, _READ, _TRUSTED from solman to all managed system:clients and to client 000 of the domain controller systems

--> a domain link also should be created from solman to these two landscapes(maintenance lndscape domain controller & project landscape domain controller) ?
