why the Net price is changing when i change Inco terms and payment terms in the sales order

When i change the payment or Inco terms in the  sales order  net price is changing .

Please explain me .

As rightly said by jp this is standard behavior of pricing calculation. Inco terms effects the net price.

You may get explanation from OSS 1459785  - A field change in the sales order automatically triggers pricing.
