Factory calendar to be maintained by users

Dear Gurus

I want user to maintain factory calendar in t code scal in each client. Presently when I maintain it in each client , I need to open the client. How it will be possible that we need not open the client and user can directly maintain in t code scal.

I think it should be possible in basis.

Yes. It is controlled through BASIS. Can you please explain what do you mean by you have to open client? I have two clients but in SCAL system didn't ask me client. I have this message written in tab Calender.

The calendar is not client-specific

Each change takes effect directly in all clients

But why you are going to give this access to end users. Maintaining calender is not end user's role. This must be done by SAP guys.
