Hi experts,

We are unable to perform availability check in Sales order if we apply Planning strategy 10, 40, and 50 in MRP 3 view. As per the business requirement we need to apply planning strategy 50. We tried availability check in sales order with various strategies, but system is not confirming the qty though the physical stocks are made against of respective sales order, because of which we are unable to carry delivery document creation and post goods issue.

If we try to create the delivery document following error is coming

No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date

Message no. VL248

Please help us in resolving the above issue.

We are unable to perform availability check in Sales order

Not sure, through which tcode, you were trying.  Try with CO09.

Dear Laxmipathi,

Thanks for your guidance,

As per you, we have checked requirement type in procurement tab, that is KEV. Also we have performed availability check through CO09, but not confirming the quantity though the relevant stocks are available.

Please guide.

Hi,

If you chek the Requirement class - 045 there is no Avalaibilty check activated which notify's as MTO process.unless you run the complete Make to Order process the stock will not be Allocated against the sale order.

Requirement class is the highest Determination for the Availbility check.

raj,

Can you provide screenshot of your co09 screen?

Further, if like change the confirmation of stock, then use TCode co06.

Thanks, JP

Please find the below screen shot of CO09 availability check,

Why don't you put the screen shot with checking rule as A instead of 01? Then don't put the sales order in the CO09 selection screen, run wide open and check the results.

Regards,

Hi,

Please check what is the Requirement type that is Displayed in the Sales order and check the Requirement class that is Associated to the req type

Also check the Schedule line category and whether Availability check option is activated for the material.
