GRC PC 10.0, Data source - Create button

Hi,

We have a quality system, the create button in Data source is not enabled.I have maintained GRFN_API and GRFN_USER with * authorization.Still the create button is not enabled.

In production system im getting the create button.If i maintain the production system role to my user id in quality system, still im not getting the create button enabled.

Can someone advice me on this issue.

Hi Ashok,

Is all buttons create, open, delete,copy disabled?

Just check the customizing

Select Governanace, Risk and Compliance->Common component settings->Continous Monitoring->

lock data sources and business rule. Here atleast one should be unlocked.

Hi Ashok,

User with role-SAP_GRC_FN_BUSINESS_USER can create and maintain data source.

Please assign this standard role and test. If it works , then compare the authorization , if you are using any customized role.

Yes, i have used that role also earlier.

I have used below roles

SAP_GRC_FN_ALL

SAP_GRC_FN_BASE

SAP_GRC_FN_BUSINESS_USER... still im not getting the create button.

Hi Rajeshwari,

Just to add to my earlier reply,

Im getting create option for organizations, business process and even for Critical roles under Critical access Rules.

Its just for Continuous monitoring , im not getting the create button.

Kindly let me know if any tweaks is there to fix the issue
