Assigning custom Form in Shop paper in SPRO

Hi,

I have copied the standard Form QM_NOTIF_OVERVW1 to custom one and assigned the custom Form in Shop paper,while changing the notification in QM02 the assigned custom form is not get triggered,the same standard form is triggering. Kindly anyone help me the get the solution.

There are 2 configurations to be done for Notification shop paper.

1. Definition of Shop paper
2. Assignment of Shop paper to Notification type

Please check whether you have done both or not.

Already I have created & assigned the shop paper for particular notification type and configured the custom form into the relavent shop paper. But still the print is not coming with the custom form in shop paper. Is there any option for doing it in NACE.Cos I think there is no print control for QM in NACE. So kindly help me to solve the issues.

Attach the screen shots of your definition & assignment of shop paper to notification type.

Is this happening for any specific user?? Have you checked in other user logon??

Also, attach the screen shot of your notification print pop up.
