Maintenance of Sales / Fields Staff in the Customer Master

Dear All

We are having Sales / Field Staff hierarchy as follows

ZSM          ( Zone Code / Description / Zonal Sales Manager's Name / From Date / To Date )

RSM          ( Region Code / Description / Regional Sales Manager's Name / From Date / To Date )

ASM          ( Area Code / Description / Area Sales Manager's Name / From Date / To Date )

ASO/ASE  ( Head Quarter Code / Description / Area Sales Officer or Executive's Name / From Date / To Date )

which are maintained in 4 Z tables. These codes are maintained in the customer master against each customer using an enhancement.

Can I achieve th same using standard configuration? if yes, please provide me with configuration details.

Apart from this I want to add one more level as Sales employee below ASO/ASE.

Please guide me with configuration steps.

Hi Animesh Chakraborty,

For this create partner function for ZSM, RSM, ASM, and any fields you need then append it KNA1 or KNVV. and activate these fields in customer account group "0007:- Sales partners"

After that create customer master record t.code [V+21]

I have already added fields in the KNA1 table.

Can u please tell me how to activate these fields in the customer account group '0007'?
