Investement management different budget values on same year

Hi Sap Colleagues,

in IM32 (IM33) I have the following problem.

We have a Capital Investiment Program opened and budgeted on 2013.

We closed 2012 and carryforwarded values to 2013.

In IM33, on CIP 2013, when we look at 2012 budget values we have an amount derived from carryforward (displayed on line items).

In IM33, on CIP 2012, when we look at 2012 budget values we have an higher amount derived from budget insert line items.

The problem is that carryforward on 2012 is dated march 2013, so it was done after budget inserts (done in 2012). After that, the carryforward to 2013 was made.

Wa have problems in reconstruction of the process, so maybe it has been done some error in carryforward.

Is it possibile that a carryforwad to 2012 overwrote 2012 budget values, generating an inconsistency?

In 2013 we have less budget than expected because of the low value related to 2012 (derived from carryforward to 2012 but done strangely on 2013).

I checked note 44444 but it couldn't help me.

How could we solve the problem and reconstruct the flow (all actuals are now on 2013)?

Hi,

Please try to Re-Construct your project ....Some times budget values will not be updated accurately in committment table or line item tables.
