Migrate Workflows to BRF

Hi,

I run report /SAPSRM/WF_COND_MAPP to transfers start conditions of application-controlled workflows (transaction SWB_COND) to the Business Rules Framework (BRF) architecture of process-controlled workflows.

When I run this report in "Simulation Mode" everything is OK. Now when I run it not in "Simulation Mode" I get this error:

WS79000002TOBEACCEPTED1B_QT_GEN_APPROVALError in formula ()

I just to don't see where is the problem. The condition that is maintained in SWB_COND is simple. if sy-mandt = 100 so start Workflow :"One-Step Approval of Bid".

Any ideas?

Regards,

Joseph

Hi Joseph,

You will need to correct the condition manually. Probably the attribute used at SRM 5.0 is not the same in SRM 7.0.

Here you have a blog talking about migration:

http://scn.sap.com/people/melina.dasilva/blog/2013/03/15/workflow-migration

Check the WFL PC guide there you have the list of formulas that can be used in a schema.

I hope it helps you,

Cheers,

melina

Hi Melina,

I see your blog had been referenced a number of times in the forums, however, it appears that it has since been removed or deleted. Is there a new link to the migration documentation/blog?

Thanks,

Lee
