Execution problem in GRAC_REPOSITORY_OBJECT_SYNC for Legacy files

Dear SAP experts.

I am trying to perfom a Risk Analysis trhough a Legacy connector.

Additionally, I followed the steps to create the specific file paths described in the manual attached in to SAP Note 1594963.

Nevertheless I have executed GRAC_REPOSITORY_OBJECT_SYNC job and the I have checked SLG1 tcode (see attached snapshot) and it appears a message saying " User Adapter is empty". Furthermore, I have performed it in EN language.

Do you have any clue about this?

Dear SAP consultants.

I have solved my problem, the steps that I followed are:

- Review  SAP Note 1654282

- Note 1616223 - GRC 10.0 How to call
the Non-GRC Plugin for SAP System

- Also pay attention in Note 1594963 - GRC Access Controls 10
- How to configure Legacy connectors , because the files in the server must be named like manual says, just in my case it was the file LEGACY_DEFAULT_USER.

Then, I have execute the following tcodes (and by this manner the embebed programs):

• GRAC_AUTH_SYNC
• GRAC_REP_OBJ_SYNC
• GRAC_PROFILE_SYNC
• GRAC_ROLE_SYNC
• GRAC_USER_SYNC
• GRAC_ACT_USAGE_SYNC
• GRAC_ROLE_USAGE_SYNC

Finally, I performed a batch risk analysis trough tcode GRAC_BATCH_RISK_ANALYSIS.

Hi Chemi,

It seems due to huge data and less pagesize parameter setting, this error is coming. Refer to SAP Note "1823253 - UAR: LDAP error when performing .......", Increase the parameter value and this should resolve your issue.

Regarding SAP Note, I do not have clear where the parameter value has to be updated.

I mean,  has this pagesize value to be defined in to GRACCONFIGSET table?

Hi Chemi,

Regarding LDAP connectors the page size parameter can be set for each connector in transaction LDAP. See also note 1584110.

Nevertheless your SLG1 snapshot shows that "File " does not exist". This could also be a reason. Is the role sync working fine for the legacy connector?

LDAP Pagesize is set via transaction LDAP

1. Execute LDAP
2. Choose LDAP Connectors
3. Choose the Connector (if more than one)
4. Change the Page Size
