Begin approval workflow during phase approval

Hi ,

Do we have a standard workflow which we can associate with the event FORAPPROVAL of Busineed object BUS2173? The requirement is to tigger a mail when the Begin approval is presssed for a phase, I know it can be achived implementing the BADI DPR_EVENT which can capture the event but wanted to know whether we can do it usimg standard config and standard workflow.

Hi,

There is no such standard workflow for BO BUS2173. You would need to create a custom workflow. BUt i would suggest if it is just a mail, use *API*SEND* FM for sending the mail...
