hi experts,

can anyone share any 2 dp support issues,

like realignment, life cycle planning, macros, alerts, consistency, anything in dp.

1. how the problem arises,

2.. how did u solved the problem.

3. what r the steps to prvent in future.

Dear sai,

1)users will ask run the realignment steps in realignment table

2)Phasein/phaseout is not working

thanks for your reply.

can you elaborate   1. why users need to realignment, what is the problem . and how did you resolved it.

2.why phase in not working so how did you overcome it.

Hi Sai,

The reasons for these:

1)They want to move old product to new data for all levels or particular sold to/ship to..

ABC-Old prod,DEF_New prod..

after doing these In DEF prod we can see the data.

they will just add the steps for their req'mt.we have to run these job.

2)if sales happened for old product,(you already phased out in Feb,Sales happened in march month) then system will generate the propoortional factor based on that it will generate stat forecast.

I think it will Helps.

hi naga,

 

  i just need small clarification.

1. for the phased out product. hoe did you get the sales data.

my question is.

1. why the sales data (march) sent to APO from r/3. for particular product .because its already phased out.

2. it generate forecast according to the prop factors. then how did you remove the data from APO. and info cube .because we don't want the forecast for particular product. can you explain me bit easier way.
