SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation Installation Issue

Hi

I am having issues installing SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation.msi (BOF V7.5) on a Windows 7 64-Bit OS PC. I keep getting the Extractzip error with the following problem and can't find any helpful tips on the net.

Also, I am getting a regsvr32.exe error as well with the following message

The instruction at 0x7756bc26 referenced memory at 0x0000000c. The memory could not be read.  Click on OK to terminate the program.

Has anyone expereice this or come across this before.

I have tried to repackage it etc with no luck so any help would be appreciated.
