Hi,
I have a BPM with a RFC lookup inside a tranformation mapping.
I've parametrized RFC comunication channel as a input parameter in Integration process and this parameter is also defined in configurable parameter in ESR.
However, it doesn't run well... after execute this scenario i can't see any entry in cc monitor for the corresponding receiver channel.
I seems that input parameter doesn't arrive correctly to operation mapping which execute this RFC look up.
Why?
Thanks, in advance...
Carme.
Hi,
Have you tested RFC lookup at mapping level? was that executed correctly?
If RFC lookup executed correcttly at mapping level means then you might have forgot to assign RFC channel in Integration directory.
double click on Integration Process in ID, assign RFC channel.
Thank you,
Raj

Hi,
Have you done the binding in Operation Mapping & other steps?Could you please check if any step is missed out:

Hi Carme,
the parameter has to be maintained at a couple of objects: integration process input, message mapping, operation mapping, transformation step, container (ESR), integration process (directory).
If you use anyway BPM, it is from my point of view very strange to create a look up, which has bad monitoring properties in general. It would be much more transparent to have a "real" PI message. Your question is good example for the issues coming along with lookups.
