Hi Team,
Once the 8* ticket is created through ECC System and when the same ticket is opened in the Solution Incident Management, the reporter field is coming blank? User Id of the ticket creator is missing.
Can any please help me out for the same?

It is not when the ticket is created through Incident Management. Tickets are created from GUI . Also bp has been assigned to the user.
But still the ticket creators Id is not coming in the Reporter field.

Did you check the note suggested by JRM in earlier post??.
1) Also please check e.g. For bp assigned to user you are able to see <SID> <Installation Number> <Client> <User Id> is filled under Identification Number.
e.g. <EX1> <123XXXXXX> <012345XXXX> <100> <Test> (where SID etc is for the system from where you are creating a message e.g. ECC system in your case).
2) For bp assigned to user you have user id that appears under Identification tab when you display bp in Employee role.
any ways which solution manager version in this ?

Is that only when you create a ticket via Incident Management>Create>Incident ...'Reporter' is not coming ??? if so then i have the same issue did not get much replies on. (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3334626).
If not then please refer to note suggested by Jansi Rani Murugesan.

make sure you have BP assigned for the uesr , also refer the sap note
