Eswaraiah ,

Install 32 bit JRE on your client machine.

I believe It is okay to install latest JRE .

Note: It is recommended to mask urls of systems and any sensitive information on screen shots you attach to public forums.

Thanks

Eswaraiah , It seems workbench needs 64 bit version JRE and applets needs 32 bit JRE since you probably using 32 bit IE.

I recommend you start things incrementally.

First uninstall all the JRE's in your machine. ( look in add remove programs + java control panel + C:\Program Files\Java + C:\Program Files (x86)\Java )

Then install only 64 bit version of jre since you are using 64 bit os and see if work bench opens properly.

Then see if applets are fine from your browser. It depends on browser version you are using.

If those doesn't work, install 32 bit JRE too and check it that works.

I am running 1.7.07 on my machine and  i would recommend to try with this version just to be on same page. But technically latest version should work since oracle claims all jre's are downward compatible . Good luck with that.

Thanks

Hari
