Dear Experts,

Recently we have applied the SP in XID e XIP. since the, we're unable to run the FF .

The button appears to make the logon, we fill in the fields and enter. does not appear the next window to logon, giving a message ont he window footer ( /VIRSA/VFAT684).

We have compare XIP and PRD, and we see no differences.

On PRD we added the object S_ICF, and fix it.

Can you please help.

Best Regards,

Sofia PIres

Are you on 5.3 - that error message is "Superuser privilege management - 5.3"

Can you test the RFC connection to ensure it is working based on the parameter "Remote Function Call"

S_ICF would only be necessary if you have maintained an authorisation in SICF for the service.

yes we're on 5.3.

the message we get after the connection test is:

translate:  The current values indicated may be wrong on multiprocessor machines HP

Logon    12 msec

For you Firefighter Setup:

  1. Check the SU01 FF Id is service user
  2. Check the RFC connection is trusted (password not necessary)
  3. What is the logon language setup for User Master and RFC Connection? Possibly leave RFC logon language blank it takes it from the user
  4. Does the user have authorisations for FF?

the other thing to consider if you are getting a popup message is to refresh the Firefighter Launchpad to see if the FF Id is considered to be in use (then also check SM04/AL22 for FF id logon session). If so you might have a SAPGUI issue - the session has been created but the screen is not displaying properly.

The connection test message doesn't seem to make sense (but I'm no basis person and English is my only language) when the Logon is shown as successful.
