Which field are you talking about? (in sales document type)

Be specific and correct, this would help you throughout your career as a Functional consultant.

You would have to "instruct" the technical consultant w.r.t. enhancements / client requirement. In those you have to be specific and clear.

Before going to Google or SCN; look in to the SAP system. Use F1 Help.

Test various scenarios in IDES (e.g. activate the field and test; then deactivate the field - in focus).

Hi Arghya,

If you activate Read info record in sales document type.

Then only system will search any info record available for this particular customer and material combination.

If this check box not activated, even though customer material info record available, system will not display the result in sales order creation.

Dear arghya

ex: i have one material 123 .. this is very popular product

suddenly company changed this material name ,and they named 100

so generally it will take some time exactly to understand the new name 100  from customers

so if customer orders 123 automatically 100 material appears in sales order

T.code vd51 you can maintain
