Problem export software component from SLD

Hi,

As part of portal upgrade( from 7 to 7.31)  process we need to export our SC from the SLD.

The problem is after I choose the required SC and click export , I get the running image until the page get time out.

What can I do ?

Is there any other way to export the SC (like  File system or  DB ) ?

Hi Jun,

On the NWDI in version 7 we have 4 SC with all the company DC projects.

As far as I know this is part of migration process to build the new NWDI in version 7.31 (from 7).

Do you know another way ?

you just upgrade your server, why you need to export?? or you are setting up nwdi in another server?

if you cannot export, why not just create new one....it is not big deal.

We thought that we can create them only through the export.

Hi Faniel,

you can export also from transaction sxmb_ifr and choose:

• Integration Builder: Design
• Integration Builder: Configuration

to export the SC you want.

I am not familiar with  transaction sxmb_if,

Maybe this is relevant to ABAP ?

we work with JAVA.

Hi,

if it is only about 4 SCs I would also go for the fast solution , simply by recreating them in the target SLD as mentioned previously by Jun. Recreating those SCs and their dependencies would not be a huge effort, so I agree with Jun.
