How to restrict to view RFX Document for a user

Hi all,

I have a requirement like,

From RFX List screen, when the user select a RFX Document for process

(or)  Click the RFX number to view, Need to run a check logic to validate that user.

If the user is not suppose to view the RFX Document the need to display error message.

Any Exit program or BADI is there to achieve this functionality?

Any Suggestions?
