ITS Monitoring

Evening everyone,

Since ITS is now integrated with the AS (hence an SAP product. Correct?), since Web AS 6.40; why is it still monitored using the agent SAPCCMSR (used for non SAP components) rather the SAPCM3X (agent for monitoring SAP components)?

Hello Azhar,

You can use RZ20 to monitor the Integrated ITS. See SAP note 1047163 for the MTEs that can be used with the Integrated ITS.
