Byte Code Error in Manage System Conf

Hello Guys,

While performing the Byte Code installation for java system.

I am getting access denied error.

I tried executing command smdsetup managingconf hostname:"solman.full.qual.host.nameî port:"50004" user:"SMD_ADMIN" pwd:"XXXXXXXX"

and it ran successfully but when i execute byte code step the error remains.

I tried re-installing the DA but no use.

Please advice how to proceed.

Please check agent log files for detailed info as described in message you received.

Hi Abhishek,

In manage system configuration , you need to maintain a java user on solman for the manage system

in step Enter System parameter.

Follow the below sap note

Also check whether the user has proper authorization or not.

This will resolve your issue
