Shopping cart approval _getting error while opening from UWL

HI All,

while approving Shopping cart by Approver from UWL, Work item not opening and throwing error message

Transaction CONT  is unknown.

Service BBPSC07

SRM Version: SRM7 with Ehp2.

System upgraded from SRM7.01 to 7.02

can anybody face the issue?
