Universe Design Tool issue.

Hi to everyone!

When I start Universe Design Tool I get the error message: "The procedure entry point <some set of symbols> could not be located in the dynamic link library boDeploy.dll."

I found related problem here but it's CR.

What can I do with such error?

hi,

this will be a general installation issue.

it could be the source media which is corrupt,

there could have been a problem during the install,

perhaps the antivirus blocked something,

perhaps your local windows permissions are insufficient, 

maybe it's an old build version, 

maybe your platform is too new (i.e. compatibility)  etc etc

the next time you install (with the latest compatible build) try 'run as administrator' on the setup.exe, and launch the application with "run as administrator"

Thanks for your answer.

I've just re-installed it but have the same error - I started installation and app as administrator.

Also this components are up to date. Other client products start correctly.

I noticed that server component of BO not supports Windows 7. Maybe because of that?

I'll try to install it on Win server 2008 R2.
