why can I not find Service BBPGLOBAL in TA SICF?

Hi SDN,

after logging on to EBP we get an abort, internal server error. This happens directly after Login. The abort is: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE

The ABAP-Calling-hierarchy was:

SYSTEM-EXIT of program BBPGLOBAL

I was searching bbpglobal in SICF, but it's not there - is it somehow covered by bbpstart?

<u>Which SRM version you are using ?</u>

<b>I guess in SRM 5.0, You can find BBPSTART as well as BBPSC01 service in the transaction SICF.

Also, check out the ST22 (Shortdump) if any, happening in SRM by logging to SAP GUI and then paste the details here</b>.

<u>Will try to resolve your problem at the earliest.</u>

ok - i noticed the misspelling - and right, we are on SRM 5.0, WAS 700 (2004s SP83)

when executing the report, should I do it for all BBP* packages?

This is an upgrade project, and this is the Q-System, We didn't execute this report for the T-System...

The Error I get is:

What can I do?

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server ukmsrv162_EBQ_01 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes. 
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi

<b>Please ensure IACOR service must be running correctly before publishing the HTML Templates using the report - W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES

This service is responsible for ITS and SRM communication for pubkishing the services.

<u>you must select all BBP* services and publish them at least once </u>

Alternatively, using Transaction SE80 -> Select Internet service -> You can manually publish one service at a time.</b>

According to note 790727 Disha mentioned, I started Transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT, which straight away published all services apparently!

somwhat about 300.

Now it works!

I have to correct myself... so it seems, we had not published all templates - ok.

Now we've got the situation, that each time, I clecik a link, the whole site appears in the mainframe of the html-frameset...

any ideas about this misbehaviour?

The sites are maintained in table TWPURLSVR.

Please set the site by selecting the Internet site first using SE80 transaction

SE80 -> utilities menu -> Internet transaction server ->

Please maintain the settings here. Before publishing the services again. this is mandatory.</b>

are the entries in the table TWPURLSRV relevant for us? we use integrated ITS. The table displays the URLs of our former external ITS. In our Test-System we have the same (wrong) entries, but everything works fine...

thanks for the reply. I'm a BASIS person here. This problem we are having only in Q system. Dev is fine. also DEV & QAS are identical. All of memory parameters are set according to DEV & production.

Hi

Please do the following steps.

When you are using the Internal ITS,you need not run the report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES.(only SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT )

ALso pls check the foll:

-->activate the services through SICF tcode.

> Go to SICF transaction and activate the whole tree under the node Deafult host>sap>bc>gui>sap>its.

>Also maintain the settings in SE80>utilities>settings>internet transactuon server-->test service/Publish.

Table TWPURLSVR should have entries for the / SRM server line as well as gui and web server.

Could you please review again the following steps ?

Did you check that ICM was working correctly (TA SMICM) ?

1-Activate the necessary ICF services

With transaction SICF and locate the

services by path

/sap/public/bc/its/mimes

/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

2- Publish the IAC Services

With Transaction SE80 locate from

the menu Utilities -> Settings ->

Internet Transaction Server (Tab) ->

Publish (Tab) and set “On Selected

Site” = INTERNAL.

3- Locate the Internet Services SYSTEM and WEBGUI.

Publish these services with the Context

Menu -> Publish -> Complete Service

4- Browse to http://<server>:<icmport>/sap/bc/gui/

sap/its/webgui/! and login to the

webgui.

1) please check ur Default host is activated in sicf transaction

2) you have activated the https, please restart ur ICM in smicm transaction and in ICM moni every things should be green, check the htpps service also.

3) please check ur RZ10 prfile related to SSO and https, whether http port is added.

4) in case ur not started to create org structure, please check ur user id u having SRM administrat role.

5) check ur table twpluv...

Is it a report you are aiming at?

Its <b>W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES</b> (spelling mistake) )

It's a report in SE38 transaction.

Try it and then execute it for all the services of SRM to publish them.
