for that goto IMG>SD>BF>Delviery shed and Transport Schd>Maintain Working Hrs
Maintain duration for your shipping point in the same path
Create a sales order check shipping Tab and delivery item over view tab
and maintain time as per business requirement

Time for Loading- 4 Hrs
Picking and Packing-6 Hrs
In fact no need to maintain above mentioned data in this example
information purpose I had given,even if you are not maintain time for loading and pick pack time ,
GI time will take from "working Times-1-Shift"(in my second screen shot).
and check my system time in menu bar-system>status

Hi,
What you are referring is the planned GI date and time. I don't think so you will get the planned GI time.
But if you want to know the actual GI date and time: You have to go to MB03 ( Material document) and you will get the date and time of GI.

Yes, If you want to get the Planned GI date you have to do the following settings first.
SPRO - Sales and Distribution - Basic Functions - Delivery Scheduling and Transportation Scheduling - Define Scheduling By Shipping Point.
For this first, you should have factory calendar settings in place. But, before doing such changes get confirmation from your client.
